Refund & cancellation policy
How cancellations and refunds work for our services. Last updated: 14 September 2026.
Before work starts
If you cancel within 14 days of paying and before we begin, we will refund your deposit in full.
During a project
If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to that date. Any remaining deposit is refunded.
After launch
Fees for completed work are non-refundable. We will fix faults caused by us at no cost for 30 days after launch.
Monthly services
Care plans and monthly SEO can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. There is no refund for the current month.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer (not buying for business purposes), you may have legal rights that this policy does not affect.
